Full Fleckvieh.  Tessanne was originally slated for the keeper-pen, but with a maternal sister in this year’s calf crop, we thought we should share her with the industry.   Tessanne goes back to the HEMR Tasha cow family that has been so successful for us – Tasha has daughters and grand-daughters in production here, and is matriarch of several impressive herd bulls.  Tessanne’s mother is a full sister to APLX Axel 5Z, our 2011 high selling ‘bull of the barn’ at the Red Deer bull sale, selected by Mike Imler / MI Simmentals.  Tessanne combines tremendous maternal traits, the makings of a legendary ‘Antonius’ udder in a moderate framed, polled package that suggests tremendous potential.

Selected by Keet Simmentals, Dalment SK for $10,000 at the 2015 Fleckvieh Equation Sale
