–       We are pleased to present another outstanding Equinox son in the 2013 Red Deer Bull Sale.
–       APLX Edge 4Z has developed into a polled powerhouse of a bull, showcasing the same tremendous length and volume that his sire is becoming known for.
–       We expect Edge will be our heaviest bull come sale day, thanks in part to the amazing length of spine you see in his picture.
–       We have also included an alternative view, which showcases the roundness of his hip, and how he carries the thickness down his flank.
–       Edge was registered polled as a calf, but has developed small scurs since that time. We have left the scurs in place, and you will notice them in the picture and on sale day.
–       Edge measured up well, showcasing a 41.5cm scrotal when passing his semen test on Feb 28th.
–       His dam is a tidy young cow that we selected from the elite Brock Ranches herd as one of the high selling open heifers at the 2009 Equation sale. Waterloo is a no-fuss cow, with a nice tight udder, that has always bred back first service.
–       Edge was selected by Barney Beechinor of Bentley at the 2013 Red Deer Simmental Bull Sale. We look forward to seeing Edge go to work in the high quality Beechinor commercial herd.
