Dora Lee ECLIPSE

The result of years of development, Eclipse is the foundation polled bull from Dora Lee in Ontario. He provides calving ease while also producing powerful, coloured right offspring – a very rare combination. Eclipse is also proving to be one of the top Fleckvieh bulls for maternal calving traits, and is a maternal half sister to our own ‘Evangaline’ cow. Seven daughters averaged $3,400 in the 2010 Fleckvieh Forum Sale, and with semen selling to Europe, the US and across Canada, we feel Eclipse’s future will only get brighter. We have 3 direct daughters of Eclipse, and anticipate utilizing him in the future, specifically on heifers.
