Heterozygous Polled.  Non-Dilutor.  Full Fleckvieh. A nicely put together heifer, Danica combines a little smaller frame in a balanced package.   Danica is backed by our popular ‘D Cow family’, from Applecross Darla, a first calving ‘Confidence’ daughter.  We have used Cavill in the heifer pen the last number of years, and he has proven to calve easily, and provide stylish progeny that get up and grow.  Please note that while Danica is genetically double polled, and tested hetero polled, she does exhibit the scurred gene; with small scurs being uncovered during clipping for her sale picture.  Safe to the homozygous polled Pilot, Danica could just be carrying that highly sought after polled outcross heifer bull due in early January.  Opportunity knocks with this stylish heifer from a strong cow family, which has maintained perfect udders.
