Full Fleckvieh.  Catrina traces back to our Dora Lee Christina cow, whose progeny has been very well received at past Equations and Red Deer Bull Sales.  Named for her great-grand dam, who we unfortunately lost at a young age, Catrina’s dam, grand-dam and great-great-grand dam all currently walk our pastures.  Her grand-dam, Applecross Charlotte, has given us five straight heifers to start off her career; three of her daughters have been retained here, a fourth went to Skywest at last year’s Equation, and a fifth is currently in our open heifer pen!  Catrina is a long-bodied, big volumed female.  Coloured right and with a great hair coat, she is backed by consistent genetics and is worth a look!
