EPDs – Applecross Cabernet – Nov 22, 2020

Cabernet is a big strong heifer with an absolutely massive barrel – she will be our heavyweight on sale day.  Cabernet is the first calf from Virginia’s Chardonnay, who was our pick from the 2018 Western Harvest Sale.  We are really excited about the future of this young cow.  The first Kuntz Gudas progeny were well received at Bull Spectrum this spring, and it appears that only a few daughters may be on offer this fall.  Heavily pigmented and liver red, look for Cabernet’s unique combination of eye appeal, balanced genetic potential and strong physical attributes to translate into a front pasture female.
