Full Fleckvieh.  Dilutor Free. A heavily pigmented, hairy rascal, Dalton leads off our 2021 bull string and represents the only horned bull in our offering.  The ‘Pauline’ cow family behind Dalton has been very prolific, highly marketable and just plum good.  We have seven ‘P’ females working here who, in addition to our junior herd sire, APLX Wedge, all originate with our foundation acquisition of Spruceburn Pauline in 2009.  Together they have had progeny top both our Equation (Penny, Pippa) and Red Deer Bull Sale strings (Wrangler).  Most recently, Dalton’s maternal sister, Applecross Paprika, was selected by Bonchuk Farms at December’s Fleckvieh Equation Sale.  Backed by such a strong cow family, Dalton is a well balanced bull that exhibits a great quarter, strong top, and plenty of middle to form a complete package.
