Full Fleckvieh.  Dilutor Free. Hetero-Polled.  We don’t say this lightly, but Daytona is quite possibly the best Delmonte son we have raised to date.  Our 2021 Heavy-Weight, Daytona is an incredibly well balanced bull, who combines performance and style with an eyebrow raising EPD profile.  Since being selected from the renowned Beechinor program at the 2013 Equation Sale, BEE Vendetta 243Z, quickly became one of our foundation cows, producing highly anticipated progeny every year.  Daytona’s full brother, APLX Dundee, was our high seller at the Red Deer Bull Sale in 2018; selected by Dallas Phillips.   While we do note the strong calving ease numbers for Daytona, we would suggest he may be better suited to start on 2^nd calvers to develop a proof prior to testing him in the heifer pen.  Daytona will be a very versatile bull, all wrapped in a highly eye-appealing package, complete with smooth polled head!
