Full Fleckvieh.  Dilutor Free. Homozygous Polled.  Another heifer bull prospect, Cairo is a smaller framed bull out of a hard working first calf Delmonte daughter.  For more than a decade, we have successfully utilized his AI sire, Pharao, as a go-to option for our heifers, as we really like his daughters.  Progeny from first calvers are always typically more difficult to evaluate, but his sons have also steadily made an appearance in our bull pen – showcasing Pharao’s flexibility.  Four generations of this cow family also walk here at Applecross, with Cairo’s great, great Grandma, Dora Lee Christina, still going strong at age 15.  Solid red with a single goggle, Cairo is worth a long look on sale day.
