We are pleased to present another outstanding Equinox son in the 2014 Red Deer Bull Sale.
This is the 5th straight year that an Equinox son has been the heavyweight in the pen, and we are quite pleased with how all of his progeny have performed.
APLX Encore 5B has developed into a smooth made, moderate framed powerhouse of a bull, showcasing the same tremendous length and volume that his sire has become known for.
His dam Tara goes back to the CEN Miss Paisley cow family, which was our favourite at the Heimstra dispersal back in 2009. This cow family has done very well for us, producing both high selling bulls, and top quality females we have retained in our herd.
Quiet and tie-broke, Encore will go on to consistently produce offspring with both performance and strong maternal traits, while also helping to take the horns off.
